Dr.Khan is an Associate Professor & BBA Programme Manager at the School of Commerce & Management Studies, Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru, India. She has pursued her Doctorate of Philosophy in Human Resource Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India and has completed her MBA, M.Com & Diploma in Training & Development. She has 8 years of experience, teaching Undergraduate & Graduate students, 12 years of research experience and is a recognised Ph.D research supervisor at the university. Dr. Khan has visited Oxford university, Limkokwing University, Malaysia, Qatar University, and Srilanka on academic visits for various activities like participation in conferences and international collaboration programs. Some of her research presentations have won her Best Presentations Awards in various International Conferences. She has published more than 18 research articles in various National, International, Referred & Scopus indexed journals. She is  also a nominated reviewer and editorial board member for various International & National journals.
