As a Professor in Entrepreneurship I have leveraged my industry expertise to bridge the gap between academia and industry, consistently driving impactful collaborations and advancements.  My professional experience includes leading a team of approximately 100 staff and 3500 students as the Head of the School of Strategy and Leadership, and designing and delivering university-wide enterprise and entrepreneurship programs as the Director of Education. I have demonstrated strategic leadership in various contexts, contributing to organizational sustainability and growth. With over 26 years of experience in academic program management, project management, and consultancy across a range of European and international projects, I also possess extensive experience in financial and budgetary management. I have a strong track record in designing and developing innovative curricula for face-to-face, online, and blended delivery, with national and international reach. As a recognized expert in entrepreneurship and enterprise education, I hold a proven academic standing and have been elected as a board member of the Institute for Small Business and Enterprise, contributing to the advancement of small business and enterprise education.
