I am a visiting lecturer in Business Management at Birmingham Newman University. I have taught at the International Centre for Transformational Entrepreneurship (ICTE) at Coventry University and in the Department of Entrepreneurship at the University of Benin in Nigeria. My teaching philosophy reflects my interest in identifying and nurturing entrepreneurial intentions among business students. My research focuses on using open innovation and digitalisation to spur sustainable performance in SMEs through clustering. I have a PhD from Coventry University and an MSc in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Bournemouth University, United Kingdom. MBA, a BSc in Business Administration, and a Diploma in Accounting from the University of Benin, Nigeria. I am also an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA).
