My research expertise spans corporate governance, financial stability, and the influence of gender diversity in senior leadership on organizational outcomes.

I have developed strong research skills, including conducting in-depth literature reviews, designing and implementing surveys and interviews, and performing advanced statistical analysis using tools like STATA.
