I am pursuing a PhD at the University of Leicester and my previous PhD was in entrepreneurship and innovation. I have over 15 years of lecturing experience in marketing, strategy, and business management, which has given me valuable insights into the intersection of research, teaching, and practice. I have also attended international conferences and published papers and book chapters in highly ranked journals. I have strong research skills in both qualitative and quantitative methods, particularly in the areas of structural equation modeling, survey design, and data analysis. My current work focuses on understanding collaboration and its effects on innovation within SMEs. Beyond these technical skills, I am committed to maintaining a multidisciplinary approach to my research, drawing on various fields such as SMEs, international business, and innovation management to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics within emerging markets.
