I hold a bachelor’s degree in International Business and a master’s degree in the same field, both obtained in the UK. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD at Corvinus University of Budapest, where my research focuses on entrepreneurial intention and gender analysis, particularly exploring the determinants of entrepreneurial intention among Omani adults.
I have over eight years of academic experience as a lecturer and entrepreneurship expert, teaching at various levels across several colleges and universities in Oman. My background includes extensive work in entrepreneurship, innovation management, and content creation for digital startups. I am also a member of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) in Oman and have actively contributed to research and reporting in this area.
In terms of research skills, I am proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including designing surveys, conducting interviews, and analyzing data using statistical tools such as SPSS. I have experience working with secondary data, managing databases, and preparing manuscripts for academic publication. Additionally, I have organized and delivered training programs in entrepreneurship, which has further honed my ability to translate research findings into practical, actionable insights.
