My research background is grounded in exploring the intersection of digital transformation, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and entrepreneurship. I have developed a robust skill set in qualitative research methodologies, with a particular focus on how SMEs adopt and leverage digital tools to enhance competitiveness and sustainability. My work involves designing and conducting field-based studies, including interviews, surveys, and case analysis, to understand the digital literacy levels of business owners and the strategic drivers behind technology adoption.
