Elona Nobukhosi Ndlovu is a Chartered Coach, academic, researcher, and consultant with over two decades of international experience. She has just completed her PhD in Management at Wits Business School, focusing on entrepreneurial coaching and business incubation in South Africa. Elona holds a Master of Science in International Management (University of Liverpool, UK). She lectures in entrepreneurship, coaching and research. With published work in peer-reviewed journals and book chapters, Elona's research focuses on coaching, entrepreneurial coaching, entrepreneurship education, and women's entrepreneurship. Combining academic rigour with practical coaching expertise, she is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs and fostering sustainable development.
